Team structure or org chart inside Assembled
We need a way to “organize teams” or set a “team/org structure” — not just a team filter with the manager’s name as the title — in Assembled. This is being done in our HR tool currently, but BPO agents do not need to be in our HR tool, and we'll eventually remove them. So we need somewhere else to house this information; it makes sense for it to be Assembled since this is where we track all of our teams and agents.

Field for "Supervisor"
If teams are configured by business area as in our case, it would be good to have a custom field for "supervisor" or "manager" in the People section, and make it an available filter for schedules, reports, etc.

Allow additional custom fields on agent profiles for custom attributes/notes
As an example, the EuRail team uses employee ID for their reporting and it would be very helpful to be able to add employee ID to profiles in Assembled to make reporting easier

Show edit history for People page information
I should be able to see who edited what and when for information in People pages

Not possible to edit bulk agents for the restricted site setting.
It is not currently possible to builk edit agents to set their restricted site. This means we need to manually add this in.

Feature Request: SCIM Provisioning for User Management
Summary: Would like to request the addition of SCIM provisioning to enhance user management capabilities. Use Cases: • Onboarding new employees: Automatically provision user accounts and assign appropriate roles based on department or job title. • Offboarding departing employees: Automatically de-provision user accounts to ensure immediate termination of access upon exit. • Role changes: Automatically update user permissions and group memberships when an employee changes roles within the organization.

Support multiple 'API Ids' for agents
Foodpanda has multiple contact platforms connecting via APIs to Assembled. They use the API Id on agents to connect to a primary platform HeroCare but they also connect Assembled to Toku. Because there's only one API Id there's no place for the Toku id. The request is to support multiple API Id fields -- effectively allow them to create one per api integration.

Ability to schedule changes to users, such as team, queue, site, etc
We have several leads and associates that move to different teams throughout the year, so it would be great to schedule those changes in advance so the change is made when the swap is to go into effect.

Change timezone for other users
I as an admin should be able to change the timezone for other users/agents

Automatically deactivate People once their end date is in the past
Currently agents are no longer staffable once their end date has passed, but they still need to be manually deactivated. We should consider creating an option to automatically deactivate agents once their end date is in the past.
