It would be helpful if Assembled allowed users to run “what-if” scenario forecasts to explore hypothetical volumes without affecting the current staffing plan.

Would be helpful if overlapping forecasts could be uploaded with the most recent one automatically applied, streamlining the process and reducing the need for customers to reach out to the support team to delete conflicting forecast timeframes.

I should have the ability to see last year's actual data with the forecasted data for this year in the Forecast Management Page

It would be helpful if Assembled could integrate external data sources, such as Salesforce incident reports, to automatically flag volume outliers and adjust forecasts. This feature would ideally allow Assembled to recognize events like outages or product launches and modify the forecast in real time, improving accuracy and reducing manual adjustments.

It would be really helpful to see the history of forecast totals csv uploads, including the one that is 'active' or most recent. It would be helpful to be able to open the uploaded file and/or see a preview, see the timestamp of upload and also who uploaded. Right now, I can't see which file was uploaded once it is successful, unless I make a note of it on my end. I also have multiple managers that work out of Assembled, so they also can't just see which numbers we are using to forecast.

Currently you can export one queue at a time per channel but it would be nice to be able to export all forecasts for all queues in a particular channel

Timeline, heatmap, staffing, etc. should not show forecast for hours outside the business's working hours.

Ability for settings configuration to specify some agents to represent a custom capacity (such as 1/2 of a staffed agent, etc.) This is useful for some teams or agents that are not at "full" capacity due to ramp period or being outsourced, etc.

I should be able to copy adjustments/outliers to forecasts and apply them to different parts of forecasts or different date ranges

It would be helpful if we could shift the forecast to match with new hours of operation for a channel or queue.
