Today, you can sort by date of request or date of time off, but can't control if it's in ascending or descending order. It would be great to be able to customize this as well.

It would be nice if I could create a rule to prevent PTO time off requests during days/weeks where our volume is historically high, based on the forecast.

I want to be able to approve or deny assembled time off requests via an API endpoint.

Currently in platform, you can only export approved or denied requests. We would love the ability to export pending requests as well.

It would be helpful if the time off thresholds for a day was determined by the required staffing for the day. So if I have a maximum of 10 required staffing and 15 agents, the threshold would be 5 agents take the day off.

Managers want a proactive heads-up (e.g., 2 days in advance) when an agent on their team has approved time off coming up. For example, in Slack.

An option to enable email notification being sent to a specific role when a time off request was approved. Leaving the approvals to the Managers and letting the Team leads know who among their agents has approved time off by Assembled automatically sending email notification to that role.

It would be nice if we could adjust exactly who could approve/manage time off requests. Currently we don't want each admin to be able to approve/deny requests but we don't want to change their role.

Currently you can only associate one time off event per rule, meaning you need to create duplicate rules if you have multiple time off events subject to the same constraint. It'd be great to be able to create a rule and multi-select different time off events to apply it to
