Since the request from Workday to Assembled is one-way, if it gets approved in Assembled managers without Assembled access might not know the request was approved or denied.

It would be helpful to include an agent’s team alongside their shift pattern on time off requests for better context.

As a manager, I should be able to get notifications on the status of my reports' timeoff requests

When approving PTO in the platform, we are not able to see what the capacity is by group to know how close we are to the cap and when to deny. At this time we are able to use the time off rules, but it would be great to show the rest of CX how much PTO has already been approved for the day so they can make more informed decisions when requesting time off.

With our time off policy around the holidays, we increase our PTO caps to accommodate more associates off during a period of lower volume - we'd love to have separate caps that take effect for those specific days outside of our normal PTO caps that we've created using the time off rules.

Currently in platform, you can only export approved or denied requests. We would love the ability to export pending requests as well.

Use Case: Automatically cancel approved time off requests when an employee is deactivated, eliminating the need to reactivate profiles for cancellation.

Today, you can sort by date of request or date of time off, but can't control if it's in ascending or descending order. It would be great to be able to customize this as well.

Currently, if an agent cancels their own time off request, the only person notified is the agent. Managers would like to know this information.

Approved + denied requests exported in CSV. Would also include date, time, + agent name.
