Ability to create schedules without agents attached. Then the ability for agents to request the shifts that work best for them.

More advanced shift swapping capabilities (ability to swap entire shift, even swaps restriction capability).

It would be helpful to have the ability to request a shift swap, approve/deny it and have it change on your calendar all within Assembled. Currently the workflow is finding someone to cover your schedule, then make the change in the platform, but I'd like for it to be all in one place

A board that agents can use to post shifts they are looking to give away or pick up. Can also serve for offering up a perm shift swap vs just a single shift
