Currently, the ability to access and edit agent states mapping is restricted to admin-level users only. This creates a significant workflow bottleneck for customers who have dedicated scheduling/RTA roles that need this access as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

We'd love to see a more granular permission that allows non-admin roles to access and manage agent states mapping without requiring full admin privileges.
