Use case 1 : A customer needs to select multiple sites or queues at once for scheduling. Use case 2: It would be great to be able to multi-select queues to see staffing requirements for X queue + X queue vs. just a single queue at a time

Currently, optimizations apply to the filtered group at the top of the staffing timeline. This request would allow easier application of optimizations rather than having to create a filter and apply them

Would be great to have the ability add logic to optimization rules. For example, apply X rule if shift is greater than or equal to 8 hours, OR apply Y rule if shift is less than 8 hours.

Ability to use the "auto populate" function for just VTO or Extra Work on the Voluntary Work feature rather than auto-populating both on the same day

With more than one group in our customer service department, we're frequently asked to schedule multiple associates across different groups for a singular event. It would be great to see those associates' schedules together when recommending timing for these events so we can make edits all at once without creating a new filter.

For training specifically, it would be great to have the option to leave a Description (similar to when editing/adding an event in the timeline) for a rule. That way it can be reflected on associate schedules so they know what training they should be working on during the scheduled time.

Ability to apply optimizations across day boundaries to support round-the-clock staffing needs. Currently, an optimization rule will fail if schedules extend to the next day or week (e.g., overnight shifts).

I should be able to make a setting that defaults my schedule and staffing timeline to 'Today'

I should have an exclude by filter in the staffing timeline

Looking for the ability to easily schedule recurring events, or make updates to an existing recurring event. Its challenging at times to manage recurring events, especially if they are bi-weekly or monthly. Example: leaders will have a weekly 1:1 with each of their direct reports. If they need to change the day/time this occurs going forward, we are needing to go to each published schedule and schedule templates to update them going forward. In previous systems I've used, there is a bit more event management functionality. IE. the ability to schedule recurring events with or without an expiration, the ability to report on existing scheduled recurring events, change the timing of existing recurring events, etc
