Assembled AI Agents

Voice/workflow reporting idea: surface minutes handled by voice agent or workflow, not just resolutions. Being able to surface number of minutes handled by AI directly translates directly to cost savings for customers; data likely already exists

We'd love to be able to connect Assembled to our LLM via MCP to pull AI-specific data directly into our workflows. Specifically, we're looking to access: Workflow logic (how workflows are built, variables, conditions, etc.) AI quality metrics (e.g. QA review scores and results)

Enable workflows to trigger outbound messages to customers proactively, without requiring the customer to have initiated a conversation first. Customers want to notify their end-users about known issues in real time (e.g., an order delay) before those users contact support. Today, workflows can only send a message as a step within an active interaction. There's no way to push a message to a customer based on an external event trigger.

We want to use customer lifecycle stage for workflow selection. We want to supplement LLM-based contextual triggering with custom field logic. We want to surface relevant workflows only to the customers who should receive them.

Assembled's AI chat bot currently determines response language based on the device language passed at the start of a conversation. This creates edge cases where users in Spanish-speaking countries (or Brazil) receive responses in an unexpected language, such as Italian or Chinese, simply because their device is set to a non-local language. For example: A user in a Spanish-speaking country has their phone - set to Italian, the bot responds entirely in Italian, even though the customer is communicating in Spanish. A user in Brazil has their device set to Chinese, and the bot responds in Chinese instead of Portuguese. Ask: Add a per-bot/platform configuration option to set a country-based default language that overrides the device language.

Ask: The ability to upload a process flow diagram (e.g. a Figma export, Lucidchart, PNG, or PDF flowchart) and have Assembled auto-generate a workflow draft from it. Our team's workflow-building process is diagram-first. Before building anything in Assembled, we map out the full process visually. Today, we have to translate the diagram into text, and then rebuild it step-by-step in the workflow builder. This is slow and error-prone, especially as we scale to dozens of new workflows.

Allow users to drill down into specific email agent guardrails rather than viewing them exclusively in a bulk list.

Let us build and save layouts or something that let's us build a generic workflow with pre-built settings. So we pick something that matches what we want in each email/chat workflow.

API key or token-based access to the AI Agent Performance report data?

When using articles within workflows, its hard to see which articles are which without the platform icon. This would be helpful for us right now since we are switching out articles between platforms.
