Currently, the Google Calendar ↔ Assembled integration does not prioritize Time Off events appropriately, causing two key issues: When someone has Time Off booked in Assembled and a Google Calendar event is added later, the Google Calendar event overrides the Time Off in the agent's schedule. When Time Off is booked after Google Calendar events have synced, it doesn't fully override those events and doesn't maintain priority when Google Calendar meetings are updated or new ones are added. The integration should be enhanced to: Always give Time Off events the highest priority in the scheduling system Prevent Google Calendar events from overriding existing Time Off Allow Time Off events to override existing and future Google Calendar events Maintain Time Off priority when Google Calendar is updated
