Eliminate the need to invite the Assembled email address in order to pull in events from Gcal. This would help teams immensely who use their calendar for non-queue work (many B2B support teams)

The G Cal integration works great if individual emails are invited to the calendar events. However, if they are invited to an event through a Google Group, it does not sync over to Assembled. Would save our team a lot of time if this could be the case!

Currently you can click through certain events and sync those individual events, it would be nice if I could do this for ALL events.

As a workforce manager, I would really benefit from two Google-calendar events from having a priority to select the desired event, or overwrite the older one with a new one of the same name is added, rather than creating a conflict. It takes significant time for me to evaluate event conflicts caused by 2 events at the same time in gCal.

Currently - Assembled doesn't support the "All day" events via Google. This is due to Google not associating a timezone with all-day events. We would love if it were possible to pull the correct timezone from the agent's Assembled profile to align the event timing accurately. This will prevent the event from spanning multiple days and impacting reporting.

Currently when users leave their respective companies, if they've organized a meeting, regardless of if the agent declines the meeting or not, the event persists in the platform. It would be nice to have a quick and concise way to delete those extraneous meetings.

When events are synced in from Google Calendar - I should have the option to make these events from Google Calendar come in as schedule change requests first

would like to be able to create events in Assembled that you can make sure the Gcal -> Assembled sync cannot override

Implement a feature to allow users to send Google Calendar invites directly to the Assembled test schedule. This integration aims to streamline scheduling and improve coordination by leveraging the widely used Google Calendar platform.

Expand the current individual Sync to include a refresh all sync button.
