When looking at the staffing page the list can get really long; it would be great to be able to click on the names of some agents on that page that places a temporary highlight along their whole schedule row. Then allow for it to be unselected (and maybe have a reset highlight button or hotkey). That way I could select a few agents that I'm focusing on within the greater greater schedule and more easily locate them when looking at the whole queue. One specific use case example would be when I'm checking one agent against the coverage of the rest of their queue on a specific day to see if I can approve PTO over the allowance. Being able to select their name and see a highlight would help me in seeing if there's enough coverage over their specific hours worked.

I work with a lot of different windows and a lot of screen real estate is lost due to the Assembled control panel/menu on the left not being able to be closed on some pages. It would be amazing to see the option to close that panel down on all pages.

Ability to color code Agent Sates like the "After Call Work" coming from connected platforms, i.e. Five9 in this case.

If a pending schedule change request hasn't been approved, reflect that in the staffing timeline.

I've been sitting here removing our old shift patterns one by one for the last 20m, and it would be real nice if we could have a bulk edit option to remove existing shift patterns.

It would be useful to have some kind of visible note or all day event note on the staffing timeline to help identify special events/milestones in the business that may need to be taken into consideration. When looking at a specific day or week in Assembled, it will help our staff planners to see that those dates are our "company offsite" or "product release day" to take that into account when viewing and making adjustments on the timeline for that period.

Instead of only selecting items you want to see allow users to choose to exclude those items instead.

When extending an event with your cursor by dragging the event out, you have to spend a lot of time lining up the cursor to the perfect spot where the icon changes allowing you to extend or shorten the event rather than move the entire thing. This process is tedious and time consuming, especially when you are making a series of manual adjustments. I propose adding a hotkey that you could hold down that automatically puts you into this "extension" mode. For example, I hold down the option key and then my cursor changes to that extension mode and I can click and drag freely across all the events.

Sometimes I want the real estate that the nav panel is taking up. I would like the option to collapse the nav panel.

When moving an event on the staffing page, the time that shows as you drag it is dependent on where you grab it with your cursor. So if you grab the event from the middle and go to drag it, the little pop-up of time is based on middle, and I always end up overlapping another event. For example, if I need to move a lunch around a meeting, if I grab the lunch from the middle and move it to the edge of the meeting, it will end up overlapping the meeting. Whereas if I grab the lunch event from the end, it will give me an accurate placement right next to the meeting. Not sure of a use case to know the time based on the middle of the event, it should calculate based on the edges of the event.
