Scheduling changes to people attributes

With frequent changes to teams and working hours, it would be great to have the ability to schedule those changes to take effect in the future, rather than immediately - that way, we could take care of those changes in the moment rather than waiting for days prior to the change actually happening.

Yeah this is a great idea. I think the issue is that we have a scheduling rule attributed to multiple agents instead of the other way around where the start and end date should be on an agent basis to make the rules' reusability more modular. Like Agent 1 has Early shift rule this week and late shift rule next week and week 3 same as week 1. that way we can reuse the shift/working hours rule multiple times instead of it being limited to same group of people within that rule for different times.
