It would be great if we could set up a threshold and notification when a queue is unmanned for more than a minute. This would also need a setting for restricting it to defined business hours

Get a notification from Assembled/Slack when your scheduled event changes. Some customers shift people around across channels when things get busy. What this means is that they'll change agents' events, and agents might not notice it.

Submitting a request to have a way to set up notifications to alert the team about upcoming gaps in coverage. For example, if no agents are scheduled for a specific channel during a specific time or a block ends without overlapping with the next agent's block.

I should be able to set rules joined together within a specific time frame Example. 10 minutes after and 60 minutes before or within 2 hours

I should be able to set notifications that are shift dependent - ie thresholds specific to agents scheduled for certain events like email or chat

I should be able to be notified on productivity metrics and if these metrics fall out of a certain range

Hi team. For some time now, I have been thinking about an idea about implementing notifications. When making changes to the programming or an update, notifications could arrive that alert users about this change, which guarantees adherence and security when watching a programming.

Currently in the platform - leads can be notified of time off requests but not for schedule change requests.
