Allow users to remove individual dates from Time Off rules with large custom date lists

Hi Zach, I'm confused on the response here. How come I cannot add any more dates when it comes to multiple agents taking the same day off. I want to be able to continue to use that feature to add dates so we don't have our team trying to request time off when we are at max OOO. I don't understand this feature anymore. Are you saying that if my settings are set so that agents can no longer request after 3 OOO (those settings are set like that now) that it will automatically stop a new request on that day to go through or no?
