Audit trail for forecast changes

We frequently update forecasts across multiple queues and need an easy way to review what changed.
For each forecast update, we would like to see:
- Date the change was made
- User who made the change
- What changed
- Which queue the change applied to
We would ideally like this history available in the UI and, if possible, through the MCP connector as well.
