We now support the ability to set required staffing to 0 outside of business hours. This will affect both the Staffing Timeline and
the Staffing Heatmaps report.
Note: Business hours can only be configured at the account level. This also doesn't do any rollover of async demand outside of business hours.
Reach out to your customer success manager or Assembled Support in order to configure this for your account.

Agreed. They should implement this on the "Configure Staffing Parameters" screen, as different LOBs could have different HOOP

Same, no idea why it doesn't do this. What's the point in having business hours set up then???
