As an alternative to manually refreshing the My Schedule page, it would be great to have an auto-refresh toggle with interval options available.

Agents usually access their My Schedule page when they log in for the day and leave it up on their screen. Auto-refresh will assist in ensuring that agents have visibility into any changes made to their schedules the day of their shift.
