For a Shift Bid feature, would like to be able to track agent preferences for their schedules and working availability, and also a feature for rate/rank based on performance which would lay out the order in which agents would choose their schedule choices.

Love this idea for when we need to ask for volunteers to help cover the queue during holidays! It would allow us to manage all of this within Assembled's UI directly.
