Currently, automation rules in Assembled schedules do not provide a way to include contextual information for agents when meetings or trainings are auto‑assigned. Adding a visible “Description” field to event rules would greatly improve agent awareness and preparedness. This description should be readable by scheduled agents and we can use to clearly explain the purpose, agenda, or expectations of the meeting or training. Providing this context would reduce confusion, minimize follow‑up queries, and improve overall engagement and compliance.
