To add to this, more control over notifications and make them specific to event type. For example, if we have an event type where they are working on a project outside of Zendesk, they won't see that we've adjusted their schedule while they were working outside of Zendesk. But if they could get a Slack ping, that would be helpful. However, if we turn on noifications for schedule changes, the amount of pings they will receive will be at spam levels. If we could just notify them for certain event time changes where they would be away from seeing those schedule notifcations, that would be very helpful!
