At the moment you can only control a roles "View Schedule" option as" Everyone's schedule Their own schedule No schedules We would like the ability to have more flexibility for example adding the ability to see the schedules for their Team and or Queues that they are associated with. This same logic and filtering would be needed on the "Time Off" permission filters as well, as the agents will need to be able to see who else has time off in their team so they can make a informed decision based on company policy.

As a manager, it would be helpful to have more control over permissions for events. For example, some events agents would be able to edit, delete, add while other events would be more restricted and agents would not be able to delete or edit. This way, some events that would be considered high priority and agents wouldn't be able to touch.

I want to use the Last Login field to hold my team accountable to logging into their schedule for each shift; this will also help me track attendance. If I can sort by the Last login field, it's much easier to see at a glance who has not logged in for the day.
