End user should see the submitted request. Now we are not able to see the submitted requests, sometime when not approved promptly suppose on Friday, we dont remember whether the request was submitted on Friday or not. This sometime leads to duplicate request. If we see the submitted request and there status weather approved/pending it would help us manage better. Thank you!

Thanks for writing in! This is actually something that can currently be configured by admins.
In your instance, all agents/engineers have access to view their own schedule change requests. Simply navigate to Staffing > Schedule Change Requests.
