Currently, Team Performance shows actual hours worked for each channel separately. These amounts cannot safely be added up to get a total, since one event may count towards more than one channel (i.e. the same hour may be counted in more than one column).

We should have a total actual hours worked column that sums up the total number of hours, regardless of channel.

Specific use case: creating a single solve productivity average that includes work from multiple channels.
