Currently - Assembled supports holiday events, but Workday possesses Holiday Calendars which allow administrators to apply a holiday "template" to users where all holidays (based on a user's location) can be applied at once.

I was wondering If Assembled had an API with ADP? Wondering how we could streamline our time off requests

Right now, in our database, we only store the final group ID that the ticket was assigned to. However, it might be useful to track all the group IDs in chronological order, which can be helpful when tracking escalations from 1 group to another in Zendesk

Question about Assembled integrations for Slack. Is there anyway to see just an individual team? I think supervisors, in addition to seeing everyone who is scheduled, would like to see just their own team. Also, since we have 3rd party teams, it might be nice to see each of the 3 parent teams we set up

Start scoping a sync of time-off data to our Workday instance. Assembled's OOTB Workday Integration is only one way from Workday to Assembled.

It would be helpful to have a Slack message sent every hour listing agents and the event they are currently meant to work. It would also help to configure it for a specific event/queue so it messages for certain events.

Currently we support SHA-512 but have a few customers that can only use SHA-256.

I would love to see Assembled create a Jira integration in order for us to take a more holistic approach to WFM that includes internal cross-functional work
