Currently, exclusions in Assembled apply at the case level, based on the most recent unit of work. This means we can’t selectively exclude certain units of work within a case—if one is excluded, the entire case is treated accordingly.

We’d love the ability to apply exclusions at a more granular level, so specific units of work (e.g., follow-up interactions or specific agent touches) can be excluded without impacting the entire case. This would improve reporting accuracy and give teams more flexibility when managing edge cases.
