I should have the ability to have more than 5 API keys on an instance

The ability to pull historical agent states and adherence via the API, just like the ones in the Agent Activity Report

I would like to be able to pull a log of changes to the schedule from the API so I can keep track of what changes have been made by whom.

It would be helpful to build reports programmatically.

Allows you to post, patch, get roles.

This will allow more granular tracking of events. For example, if we are doing 'project' work, we'd like to be able to specify what specific project. That way we can better understand why kinds of projects take more/less time!

Expose the API keys only on creation and hide them afterwards.
