Expose agent state data via API

Make agent scorecard export accessible via API.
Doing this would mean that, for certain ticketing platforms (e.g. Zoom Contact Center, Zendesk) customers could calculate adherence for unproductive events (by matching this data vs. schedule analytics data, by agent)
