Tagging: When bulk updating tags on the knowledge management page, you have to manually click "Overwrite any of the existing tags on the selected articles" which works well for re-doing a whole new set of tags on a document, however, there are some scenarios where this becomes slightly confusing (not at all a huge blocker or derailer at all), for example, being able to add 2 of the exact same tags on the same article creates duplication. Here's a loom: https://www.loom.com/share/0854c5ddbea34b58bb3b8baa6f0856d1 Some suggested scenarios: keep overwrite option > flag to users "you're removing these tags, and adding these in, confirm?" or, even a "hey we noticed there's duplicate tags so we didn't add them to the tag, would you like to add two of the same tags?" Multi Select Action: If i wanted to both update tags + access level for multiple articles, the multi select resets after either action is taken. Current workflow - I multi select, click update tag, then have to multi select again to update access level
