People page: Multi-Select functionality on role filter
Add "role" to the multi-select filters (in People page). Currently, only standard filters like channels, queues, sites, teams, and skills are supported.

Sort by Last login on the People page
I want to use the Last Login field to hold my team accountable to logging into their schedule for each shift; this will also help me track attendance. If I can sort by the Last login field, it's much easier to see at a glance who has not logged in for the day.

Save column configuration preferences on People page
When a user configures columns on the People page, their preferences should stay in place, rather than resetting every time they navigate away

The CSV to add bulk people should also have a start date column
Currently, after adding bulk people, a user would need to go into People and manually add all of these dates

Bulk delete users on People page
As a manager it would save a lot of time if there was an option to bulk delete users. Currently there is a way to bulk edit but deleting is not one of the options

Expanded Role Types
I would like to see roles expanded with different permissions. Back Office advocates were used to being able to modify codes like break and lunch to accommodate meetings without relying on WFM or Leads doing so for them. Currently advocates only have the option to submit changes the same codes that front line groups have and need to be approved by WFM in order to show up on the schedule

Ability to filter between staffable vs not staffable on the people page
