I would like to see roles expanded with different permissions.

Back Office advocates were used to being able to modify codes like break and lunch to accommodate meetings without relying on WFM or Leads doing so for them.

Currently advocates only have the option to submit changes the same codes that front line groups have and need to be approved by WFM in order to show up on the schedule
