I should be able to view team-level productive adherence using the same all-channels-combined methodology as the Agent Scorecard, without needing to manually export and aggregate individual agent data.

This view should allow me to:

Compare multiple teams side-by-side

Track trends over time

Filter by team attributes (e.g., site, skill)

Export the data for external reporting
