Suggestion: Add a feature for version control where Admins can pull up historical versions of an agent's schedule. This would ideally show the full schedule, as well as the time and date stamps, modifier, etc.

Benefit: better able to diagnose SLA misses. eg. Schedules are planned to optimise SLA; but if there are unexpected changes (eg. sick leave), this pay affect team SLA performance.

Having version control would allow comparisons of 'original planned staffing' against actual staffing
