Variable average handle time configuration

It would be helpful if Assembled allowed users to manually configure Average Handle Time (AHT) based on different parameters, such as time of day, day of the week, or season. For example, if AHT tends to be higher in the evenings, customers could adjust their forecasts to account for these time-specific variations.

+1 to Zach's comment. The ability to utilize different metrics from a case or ticket to configure handle time calculations would be great.

+1, to add it would be really nice if we were able to configure the AHT similarly to how we allow the ability to configure the First response time on the backend.
