When a supervisor has a restricted site on their profile, they can’t view reports like heat maps unless they’re also assigned to a queue they can select. Right now, this means we have to manually assign each relevant queue to every supervisor, which can be time-consuming.

It would be great if reports could work in a way where:

Supervisors with a restricted site only see information about people within that site.

They only see queue details if someone from their restricted site is assigned to that queue.

All queues are available for selection, but the data shown is always limited to their restricted site.

This would make things much simpler without sacrificing the restrictions we need.
