When inputting shrinkage assumptions for staffing parameters, whether that is via the UI or eventually via upload, we want to provide separate in-office and out-of-office percentages for shrinkage. Today, Assembled's shrinkage input is meant to capture unplanned shrinkage. But we calculate our shrinkage assumptions based on the roll up of in-office vs out-of-office event event codes.
