In addition to the Day of week averages bar graph, it would be helpful to see one with averages for hourly intervals. That way we could set the date range to show 1,2,3-months worth of data and see the averages for the hourly intervals across the week. That way we could identify any trends in missed SLA - for instance "we consistently miss SLA on Monday mornings from 8-10am".
