Time Off Events that Agents Cannot Select

Hi,
Current state we have an event code for Leave of Absence on our Default layer in Assembled, instead of the "Time Off" Layer. The same for Intermittent FMLA. The reason for this is because we don't want agents selecting these as an event code to request when requesting time off in Assembled.
Is there a way we could have some time off event code be marked where they are not selectable by agents when requesting time off?
Because we have Leave on our default line, it overwrites all the breaks and meetings, and gives false warnings for breaking break and lunch rules.
