Like Verint and IEX, create configurable time-off allotment buckets for specific leave types, including PTO, PST, floating holidays, and administrator-defined categories. Administrators should be able to assign each employee a set number of hours within each bucket. When a time-off request is approved, the hours should automatically be deducted from the appropriate balance, and employees should not be able to request more time than their allotted threshold.
