Our events look more or less the same for a week, but the agent schedule for those events changes. 
They rotate agents to keep things fair. 
You can have a Sunday Off template, for example. Then you apply that to Bob this week and to Amy next week.

You can now create templates with no assigned agents, and also easily re-assign shifts between agents.

Grammarly have a similar use case and it would be helpful if we could have a template that isn't assigned to users and then select users when applying the template. We have identical shifts and it would save time instead of have templates with rows of identical shifts.
