If there is a change in shifts, both the old and new shifts will show in Google Calendar. Which is very confusing and annoying. Please make sure the sync is properly done between the 2 tools.

We have experienced this issue and the current work around is to have the agents remove the sync and then resync. Very annoying. It should do a daily pull.
