Currently the platform only supports shift swaps at the event level, where agents must manually select individual time blocks or events to swap. This is cumbersome for common workforce management scenarios where agents want to exchange entire work days. It would be nice if we could more broadly support entire day swaps, allowing agents to swap complete work days including all scheduled events, shifts, and activities with a single action. This would be especially valuable for scenarios like "I'll work your Tuesday if you work my Thursday" where agents need to exchange full days rather than individual events.

Impact: This would significantly improve the user experience for agents who need to swap entire work days rather than individual events. It would reduce the time and complexity required for common schedule changes like "I'll work your Tuesday if you work my Thursday" scenarios. The feature would build on the existing shift swap infrastructure while providing a more intuitive interface for day-level schedule exchanges.
