For ad-hoc training, 1:1's, or other types of meetings, suggest an ideal meeting time that creates minimal impact to net staffing.

To add to this, we would want to query Assembled, "Please show us 2 separate hours with the least impact to net staffing."
Assembled would return the results and provide a mock-up of what the schedule would look like if the impacted users attended a meeting instead of being on tickets/chat.
Assembled system prompts, "Do you want to accept this and update the schedule for each rep?" 
When suggestion is accepted, Assembled system will automatically make the schedule adjustments.

To add to this - also give the options for multiple sessions. For example, if I need to capture as many agents as possible, across no more than 3 sessions, what times give me the most impact?
