We would like the ability for our Team Leads to submit schedule change requests for multiple agents at once, rather than submitting individual requests per person.

Today, TLs can only request offline activities (team meetings, refreshers, training blocks, special projects, etc.) one agent at a time. This creates significant operational overhead, especially when the same activity applies to an entire team, site, or region. While Admins can bulk-add events directly to schedules, we prefer to maintain the request → review → approval workflow, which gives us a clear audit trail and keeps responsibility with our TLs.

This limitation also affects same-day changes: during low-volume periods, TLs often need to quickly request unplanned leave or off-the-floor activities for groups. Currently, they must submit separate requests, which slows down response time and increases manual work.
