Currently the Agent Activity report requires you to click the agent state in order to see the details. It would be great if this could change to just a hover, similar to the Agent Scorecard functionality. It would also be great if the bolded shading from the agent scorecard could be mirrored in the agent activity report to better delineate state changes. Conversely, it would be great if the hover function of the Agent Scorecard populated more details than just the state itself (similar to the details from the Agent Activity report).
