Start & End Dates for skills, queues, and channels assignments

Having start and dates across the UI for things such as channel or queue assignments would be really helpful for reporting purposes. That way we could go back and view the history of what an individual agent was assigned regardless of what's on their profile today or what they've been scheduled for.

I would like to have the ability to future date changes under the People profile. the main use case would be to future date moves to different skills or queues based on internal mobility without having to manually go in over the weekend to make these changes as most of these changes go into effect on Sundays, start of week

On certain days, agents will be assigned to a different queue. In their people page, they are available for multiple queues but not always scheduled for both. It would be great if they only showed up when filtering queues for when they are assigned to that queue for a day or so.
Additionally, when scheduling, some agents are not going to be on a queue or channel till a certain date. Allowing those to have start dates allows Assembled to help with remembering who can be scheduled when
