We would like to submit a feature enhancement request for the Staffing Timeline.
Would it be possible to add an expandable view under each Agent Name that displays the following information?
  • Agent Schedule
  • Current Agent Status
  • Adherence
We understand that similar functionality already exists in both Agent Scorecard and Real-Time Analysis. However, Agent Scorecard only allows viewing one agent at a time rather than an entire team, while Real-Time Analysis is limited to real-time data and does not support historical views.
Having this information available directly within the Staffing Timeline would allow supervisors and workforce teams to review an entire team's schedule, status, and adherence for both real-time and historical periods without navigating between multiple pages. This would significantly improve monitoring efficiency and streamline staffing analysis.
