Ask: Add a Created At and/or Last Modified At column to the Staffing Timeline schedule CSV export
Use case: Our WFM team generates a daily shrinkage report and needs to differentiate between planned vs. unplanned time off. Both planned and unplanned leaves ultimately appear as the same event type ("Approved PTO") in the schedule, making it impossible to distinguish them by event type alone.
The only reliable way to identify unplanned absences is by knowing when the event was created or last modified (i.e., if it was created/approved same-day or very close to the shift start, it was unplanned).
Current pain: The WFM team is manually clicking into each individual schedule event to check the created/modified timestamp
This is done for every agent, every day, just to build their shrinkage report
Neither the Staffing Timeline format nor the Event List format export includes this timestamp column, and there are no filters to add it
