The filter "Sort and Filter by:" should be two separate options. I want to be able to filter by date of PTO requested, and sort by date submitted. Use case being I want to ignore all the holidays submitted around the Christmas period (these will be reviewed nearer the time), but need to see everything else in the order they were submitted.
