When a same-day re-forecast is saved in Assembled, send an automated Slack notification to a configurable channel. This allows the team to quickly react and adjust breaks, lunches, and staffing in real time without having to manually monitor Assembled for changes. Otherwise, they don't know that there's been a reforecast unless we remember to notify them.
