It seems Assembled has the data needed already: total headcount and hours scheduled (denominator of the equation), plus any time off scheduled (numerator).

This would be great. I can see a challenge with how All-Day events would need to be addressed. Currently they count as 24 hours of time versus the amount used to cover the agent shift.
