The schedule-change approval view doesn’t show which queue or team lead an agent belongs to. Reviewers can filter by queue or team, but doing that for each request is cumbersome when processing a high volume of changes.

Add queue and team lead as visible columns so reviewers can quickly assess the impact of a request without repeatedly filtering.
