Today, Realtime Overview provides the latest real-time view, while Support Volume provides some historical intervals. However, there is no single view where users can see a continuous sequence of intervals, including the most recent one.
For example, a workforce manager may want to review the 30 minute intervals over the last 3 hours to understand how things are trending.
The current workflow requires switching between Realtime Overview (which has the last 30 minutes) and Support Volume. Support Volume should contain the historical intervals, but the most recent 1-2 completed intervals are often not available in the report yet. This makes it difficult to identify trends, compare performance across intervals, and make proactive intraday staffing decisions.
It would be valuable to have a single interval-level view in Realtime Overview that allows users to review historical intervals (from the day) through the latest available interval, ideally in a table or trend view. Or, have the Support Volume report immediately show all completed intervals.
